The major lifestyle risk factors for the development of colorectal cancer (colon cancer) are: * Certain types of diets: * Physical inactivity: * Obesity: * Smoking: * Heavy alcohol use: * Type 2 diabetes: People who have type 2-diabetes have an INCREASED risk of developing colorectal cancer. * Night shift work: (actually, this is a controversial factor) Results of one study suggested working a night shift at least 3 nights a month for at least 15 years may INCREASE the risk of colorectal cancer in women. More research is needed to confirm or refute this finding. “The ‘Angel of Water CM-1′ ushers in a new era for the age-old practive known as colonic irrigation. Colonic irrigation systems are devices that allow purified water to flow from a container through a sterilized nozzle into the rectum in order to colon cleanse (evacuate) the contents of the colon.”

![]() The LIBBE - a colon hydrotherapy device. |
About the LIBBE: The LIBBE device (= ‘Lower Intestine Bottom Bowel Evacuation’) provides privacy, dignity and efficacy. The basis for providing the client a relaxing, safe and comfortable colon treatment session. The LIBBE device is therefore considered as ‘the Rolls Royce’ of Colon Hydrotherapy treatment devices. |
|
The LIBBE machine is an colon hydrotherapy device, approved by the FDA. The LIBBE is an open system:
“What is an open system? In an open system, the cleanse is relaxing, safe, comfortable, and private, allowing client and/or therapist to be in control. On an open system, the rectal tube is the size of a pencil, (we jokingly say a No. 2 pencil). Once the flow is turned on, there is no need to interrupt the cleanse to release. You will fill up with water and when you need to push out, the tube will stay inserted and whatever needs to pass from the colon will pass around the tube and down the drain. One distinct advantage of the open system is that there is no odor at all. Another advantage is that the client can have as much privacy as he or she desires.”
