Colon cleansing brings some fantasic benefits and I believe that each person will have thier own unique benefits. For example some people feel much more energetic whilst others notice a flatter stomach.

If you take a colon cleansing supplement make sure you take on a bit more water each day as they tend to dehydrate you.

This was a good post and the points you make about the fast weight loss during the time of year.

For most of us this is right on because who can stick to a colon cleansing diet during the annual holiday season.

I’m impressed with your post! I am actually having a colonoscopy done soon for the reasons you mentioned. I am obese, have just been diagnosed with type II diabetes and there is concern that I am bleeding in the colon due to my very low ferriten levels. Colon cancer runs in my family as does weight issues and I want to take care of this now, before it’s too late!
